Orthodontic Lab Office Manager / Admin (Part‑Time, In‑Person)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday (hours flexible, e.g., 9 AM–3 PM)

We are an established orthodontic lab seeking a highly organized, reliable, and friendly Office Manager/Admin to support our daily operations. This role blends administrative work, customer communication, and hands‑on coordination of lab cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing & Case Management:
- Create and send invoices for lab orders
- Track incoming and outgoing cases
- Organize completed cases daily for delivery or pickup
- Ensure accurate labeling, documentation, and timely dispatch
Front Office & Reception:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls
- Serve as the first point of contact for dental offices
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and packing area
Email & Communication:
- Respond to emails from dental offices promptly and professionally
- Provide updates on case status, turnaround times, and scheduling
- Coordinate with the lab team to relay important information
General Office Support:
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with scheduling, filing, and basic administrative tasks
- Support smooth daily workflow across the lab
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (phone + email)
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic computer skills (invoicing software experience is a plus)
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Dental or orthodontic experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right person
